Can I change my delivery address?

Feel free to reach out to us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will change it before the order is processed.

Can I cancel or update my order?

If you need to cancel or update your order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel your order once the order is shipped, we’ll be able to assist you with a return and refund instead.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay and Facebook Pay.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking the link on shipping confirmation email. If you have an account with us, you’ll also be able to find the tracking link in your orders section.

What are the shipping fee and delivery timeline?

All in stock orders that are received are usually dispatched within 24-48hrs from Fifth and Fine via USPS. All orders are, subject to security checks and payment clearances. Our standard delivery is 2-4 working days.

United States

Economy (5 to 8 business days) : $3.99 (Below $49.99 oder), Free ($50 and above order)

Standard (3 to 4 business days) : $5.99 (Below $49.99 order), $9.99 ($50 and above order)

Express (1 to 2 business days) : $19.99

 

International

Shipping fee will be automatically calculated by carrier. Please check the cost and timeline when you checking out your order.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

1. United States
Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

2. Other international shipments
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Fifth and Fine does not have any control over these fees.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return and exchange policy?

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. We offer the following services to make your return experience as pleasant as possible.

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment from our facility. Please call 1 646 852 4800 or Email info@fifthandfine.com 

Before getting started, please check below to see if your item is eligible for a return.
- Items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation.
- Item must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage.
- Set items can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a bundle can be returned for refund or size exchange.

Non-Refundable Items

- Sale items and Special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns without a Fifth and Fine Return Merchandise Authorization will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 1 646 852 4800. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Fifth and Fine. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within three days of receipt of your order. Fifth and Fine is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed. Original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

Discounts

Do you offer bulk discounts for weddings, corporate gifts, or any other occasions?

If you're looking to buy five or more of the same items, please get in touch via info@fifthandfine.com and we'd be happy to help.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

Only one discount code can be applied to your order.

How do discount codes work?

Simply enter the discount code at check out.A limit of one discount may be applied to each order. Kindly note that Fifth and Fine gift cards, sale items are excluded from all discounts.

Jewelry Care

How do I take care of my jewelry?

- Jewelry should be stored away separately in an air-tight jewelry box.
- Keep it Dry. Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or showering.
- Clean your jewelry occasionally & wipe with a soft cloth to keep its sparkel.
- Remove jewelry before sleeping or exercising.

Whta materials do you use in your jewelry?

Fifth and Fine only use responsibly sourced natural diamonds and precious metals. We use mainly the following materials:

Diamonds
Our diamonds are 100% CONFLICT-FREE diamonds that are ethically sourced from mines abiding by strict labor and trade laws, as well as adhering to the latest environmental standards. All diamonds are certified by AGS (American Gem Society), I.G.L. (Independent Gemological Laboratories) or Independednt Laboratories.

Sterling Silver 925: All our silver jewelry is made in solid Sterling Silver 925, containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. We plate our silver jewelry in rhodium, which gives it extra shine and durability. All of our sterling silver pieces are stamped with “925”.

14K/10K Solid Gold
14K contains 58.3% gold and is the perfect compromise as it’s still quite durable and will not easily tarnish. 14K gold is the most popular gold for rings and other wearable jewelry, which has a rich color, with the classic gold appearance. 10K contains 41.7% gold and most durable form of gold used in jewelry. All of our 14k gold pieces are stamped.
